Very few organisations need fully sovereign compute. Almost none are well served by the cheapest available API call.
Most sit somewhere in between, with a particular mix of regulatory exposure, data sensitivity, language coverage, latency and budget. That mix is the engineering problem. We map it first, then source and deploy against it.
Two questions decide the answer, and they are independent of each other: which model, and where it runs. We work across hyperscalers, European providers, and international open-weight families including Qwen and DeepSeek — and, where the weights are published, we deploy them on capacity the client chooses rather than routing traffic to someone else's endpoint.

Text- and image-to-video production infrastructure, metered by consumption — for teams producing at volume without an agency budget.

Scientific computing
Research groups and institutes running inference at scale alongside traditional HPC: large-batch throughput, reproducibility, and models deployed on infrastructure that satisfies the institution's own rules rather than a vendor's defaults.
Financial services
Firms for whom the question is not which model is best but where its weights are allowed to run. We build the deployment so that data residency, outsourcing and third-party risk requirements are answered by the architecture rather than by a clause in a contract.
